Our journey began as a small two-person undertaking with a mission to inspire people with high-quality lighting paired with excellent service. Today, we are a strong team of over 50 employees across five locations and play a leading role in the Swiss lighting market. And the secret to our success? As a subsidiary company of XAL, which has its headquarters in Graz, we are a lighting manufacturer with our own development and production facilities in Austria. Hannes has been working as a field service lighting consultant on the XAL Switzerland team for over eight years and develops customised lighting solutions for his customers. In-house Lighting Consultant
Andre is a team leader and an in-house lighting designer at XAL Switzerland and, together with his team, develops functional, aesthetic and energy-efficient lighting solutions. Acting as an interface between customers, architects and the field service team, he ensures that projects are implemented efficiently and that customised solutions are found.

Domenico is Key Account Manager at XAL Switzerland and supports customers with customised lighting solutions – in five languages! With his flair for market-driven products and strategic planning, he ensures that innovative lighting concepts are not only created, but also successfully implemented.
Branch Manager – Field Service Lighting Consultant
Passion pour la lumière – lighting is more than simply a technical solution. It creates ambience and inspires people. As Branch Manager in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, Pablo develops customised lighting solutions out in the field and advises his customers on all aspects of lighting.
