Since we are certain of this thanks to state-of-the-art development and production processes and sustainable technologies, you will automatically enjoy our 5-year guarantee from 1 January 2022.

Spare parts for 10 years


Keep products in use for as long as possible instead of replacing them prematurely. Longevity is an important contribution to the responsible use of resources. That is why, for many products, XAL will guarantee the availability of mechanical spare parts as standard for a period of 10 years from the invoice date, starting from 1 September 2026. This means luminaires can be maintained and kept in use for longer when needed. The exact terms and conditions can be found in our Spare Parts Availability Commitment.
