His main focus is on the implementation of customised lighting solutions and smooth communication between everyone involved in the project. As the central point of contact, he ensures that individual customer requirements are met and the highest quality standards are adhered to.

The role of In-house Team Leader requires a high level of technical expertise, a structured approach and the ability to manage complex processes efficiently. As the central link, Andre ensures that projects are coordinated in a targeted way and customer requirements are implemented with precision. He really values fostering positive teamwork and open, honest communication – both internally and externally.
