Where passion meets light
What was originally intended as a temporary study stay turned into a long-term perspective. His fascination with light, its spatial impact, and its creative potential drew Youness step by step deeper into the industry. After completing his studies, he chose not to return to his hometown of Rabat but to remain in Germany. For more than 10 years, he has been not only an essential part of our team but also the Branch Manager in Cologne.
His daily work as a Sales Manager
Youness’ workday follows a clear structure, focused on efficiency and variety. Mornings are usually dedicated to client meetings, whether in the office, on-site, or directly at the client’s location. From early afternoon onwards, the focus shifts to project development and close coordination with colleagues at the headquarters in Graz to turn special customer requests into reality. No day is like another and that’s exactly what makes his work so exciting.
