Inspired by light

Bernhard’s path into the lighting industry evolved naturally: even during his apprenticeship, he had his first exposure to lighting. Over time, he realized how strongly light shapes spaces and people, both technically and emotionally. Every project reaffirmed to him the impact that well-considered lighting solutions and good consultation can have. Today, he is certain: lighting is more than function, it is design with responsibility. 

Teamwork as the foundation

As Business Development Manager at XAL, Bernhard actively helps shape the future, both strategically and hands-on. He travels throughout Germany, supports colleagues, builds new partnerships, and develops exciting projects such as those with Josef Rädlinger Bauunternehmen GmbH. His daily work involves conversations with construction companies, major clients, and his team, always with the goal of turning our customers’ visions into reality.
