In The Yard
Dynamic co-working space
In The Yard is a 5,000 m² co-working space that combines work, well-being and nature into a holistic working environment. Designed by Olivier Salens Architecten with interiors crafted by SKINN, the project follows an open, adaptable spatial concept that deliberately avoids rigid layouts.
WELL-certified work environment
The 1,400 m² garden seamlessly connects nature and architecture. The building is WELL Gold certified and sets high standards for indoor climate, acoustics, daylight utilisation and active movement. The lighting design by INTI House of Light follows the human biorhythm: dynamic, energising light during the day and warm, soothing lighting effects in the evening.
Focus on exchange and interaction
Flexible office spaces, meeting rooms and communal areas are distributed across all levels, encouraging interaction, movement and informal encounters. Warm wooden surfaces meet contemporary materials to provide a calm and inviting atmosphere in the auditorium and meeting rooms. The lighting was designed in accordance with the WELL Building Standard with a focus on well-being. This not only promotes productivity, but also helps to create a workspace that feels positive, inviting and inspiring.
Functional and elegant
In its lighting design, INTI House of Light took into account the many hours that employees spend in enclosed spaces and delivered a suitable solution with functional and sustainable luminaires. MINO circle provides warm, glare-free light above the table, combining practical illumination with a soft, decorative presence. The overall lighting concept promotes concentration, well-being and visual comfort, while making a sophisticated architectural statement.

| Good lighting design is not about creating more light, but about providing the right light in the right place at the right time. A well-thought-out concept shapes the atmosphere and functionality of a room without overwhelming it. When lighting is used thoughtfully, the luminaires fade into the background – leaving only the atmosphere to be noticed. |
