Technological excellence from in-house development
With the MOVE IT PRO rail system, XAL introduced a new technological development in the field of multifunctional high-voltage conductor rail systems at Light + Building 2024. Shortly thereafter, XAL successfully launched the innovative system on the market. MOVE IT PRO offers users and planners a high degree of design freedom for customised lighting solutions. Highly efficient LED modules with varying beam characteristics enable sustainable lighting concepts, complemented by smart sensor technology and numerous innovative design details.
Innovation requires protection
For many years, XAL has made substantial investments in research, development, product design and the protection of its intellectual property to create lighting solutions that combine technical precision, design quality and planning freedom. This innovative strength forms the core of our business model – and depends on strong protection of our intellectual property. XAL believes that products from a XAL partner infringe this intellectual property in several ways. XAL was therefore compelled to file a lawsuit in Germany for infringement of technical property rights.
"Technological innovation is the result of sustained development efforts, substantial investment and a high level of technical expertise. That is why we will take firm action against any form of patent infringement and other violations of our protection rights. In doing so, the company helps safeguard fair and rule-based competition in Europe. Any circumvention of intellectual property rights not only harms individual companies, but also weakens the innovation base of the entire industry. XAL is therefore sending a clear signal for fairness, transparency and technological progress in Europe."
