The world of XAL is international. At our headquarters in Graz, we work in a multinational team with colleagues from over 20 countries, and we speak around 25 different languages. XAL has 30 international locations where 1500 employees are dedicated to the development, production and distribution of our luminaires and lighting systems. Synergetic cooperation and communication across national and linguistic borders are part of our daily routine. Being able to communicate in English and being open to other cultures is therefore a must-have for us XALers. Our production and logistics are also globally networked. Customers can see our products in showrooms all over the world. Our luminaires illuminate buildings almost all over the world. This is made possible by the individual contribution that every single person makes in this international world. Our recruiting and development opportunities are also not bound by national borders. We have already written many international career stories. Our motto: Go for it. And reach out for the stars.

Our passion of light brought us together with many international greats from architecture and design at a very early stage. This international exchange developed into the internationality that characterises XAL today and has prompted us to develop and build luminaires on three continents and supply them to our customers worldwide. Die Produktion und Logistik des Headquarters sind eng vernetzt mit unserem hochmodernen Werk in Slowenien, der XAL Svetila in Murska Sobota.
